1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and scheduling home appliance repair services through our platform, telephone hotline, or WhatsApp channels, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Doorstep Service & Inspection Protocol

• Technician Dispatch: Our standard arrival target is within 45 minutes across primary Lucknow zones (Hazratganj, Gomti Nagar, Indira Nagar, Aliganj, Mahanagar, Alambagh, etc.), subject to road traffic and technician availability.
• Inspection & Estimates: Technicians inspect the appliance on-site and present a comprehensive cost estimate (including labor and spare parts) before starting the repair.
• Inspection Charge: If a customer declines repair work after inspection, a minimal visit and diagnosis fee is applicable.

3. Spare Parts & 30-Day Warranty Terms

• All replacement components installed by our technicians are brand-compatible and quality-tested.
• We offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty on the specific component replaced and the exact labor provided.
• Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical damage, electrical short circuits caused by sudden external voltage surges, water seepage, or unapproved tampering by third-party individuals following our service.

4. Billing & Payments

Payments are due immediately upon successful completion and on-site testing of the repair work. We accept Cash, UPI, and Instant Online Bank Transfers. An official digital invoice or receipt is issued upon settlement.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments free of charge by calling our helpline at least 30 minutes before the scheduled technician arrival time.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
